Colin McIntyre

Non-Executive Chairman

Colin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the board, with more than 40 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has sat on several boards including Tectonic Resources, Perilya Ltd, MAH and Firestone Energy Ltd.

Prior to joining Linden Gold, Colin worked with Western Mining Corporation as a Mine Manager for 14 years at Kalgoorlie, Kambalda Nickel and Gold Operations and the Hill 50 gold mines in Mount Magnet. Colin was also Mine Manager at Southern Cross for the Mt Dimer Gold Project, and managed Mincoa Resources and Mawson Pacific Limited’s gold operations at Marvel Loch. Additionally, Colin was a Principal and part owner of mine contracting company National Mine Management.

Colin is a Mining Engineer and obtained a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency.

ANDREW RICH

Managing Director

Andrew Rich leads Linden Gold’s business across mining and corporate functions, overseeing the planning and execution of all the company’s projects and operations in Western Australia.

With a 13-year background as a mining engineer and underground manager, Andrew’s experience lies predominantly in gold and nickel projects, having successfully led the delivery of three underground mining projects through construction and into production – including Paddy’s Flat (Westgold Resources Ltd), Shannon Underground (Ramelius Resources Ltd) and Linden’s Second Fortune project.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering, has obtained a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency and is an alumnus of the WA School of Mines. Considered entrepreneurial by many of his mining peers, Andrew’s key strength is identifying targets that will enable long term growth opportunities for the benefit of Linden Gold and its stakeholders.

MINGYAN WANG

Non-Executive Director

Dr. Wang has over 20 years’ experience in the mining and resources industry specializing in identifying projects, exploration, management and business development.

Dr. Wang is currently the Non-Executive Director of Anova Metals Ltd (ASX: AWV), and Managing Director of DC Mines Pty Ltd; he is one of the three founding directors of Global Lithium Resources Ltd (ASX: GL1), and former Managing Director of ASX listed Abra Mining Ltd. He also held senior management positions in other large mining companies such as China Minmetals Corporation where he was the Project Lead – Geology & Mining in Las Bambas Copper mine in Peru.

Dr. Wang has been in Australia for more than 10 years and has extensive experience in the mining and resources section in Australia, China and Peru.Michael is a Director and Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

ASHLEY FRASER

Executive Director

Ashley Fraser is an experienced mining and heavy industries executive with over 30 years’ of mining engineering, operational and executive experience in gold, copper, manganese and coal. A founder of Orionstone (which merged with Emeco in 2016 via a AUD $660m consolidation) and founder/owner of Blue Cap Mining (open pit mining services) and Blue Cap Equities (private equities fund).

Ashley is a director of various private boards and recently as Non-Executive Director of Onsite Group helped to complete the company’s turnaround to execute a high shareholder return sale to Sime Darby earlier this year for AUD $635m.

Having direct and extensive experience with merger/acquisitions, private equity, debt and capital markets including exposure to US Bond markets, Ashley brings to the board complementary skills focused developing and growing Linden over the next several years.

KELLY MOORE

Company Secretary

Kelly Moore is Linden Gold’s Company Secretary. With extensive experience providing accounting, financial and governance advice to public companies, Kelly’s technical knowledge of the ASX space is greatly beneficial to Linden’s operations.

Kelly kicked off her career in Audit & Assurance at a Big-4 Accounting firm, before moving into consulting and corporate governance where she was responsible for benchmarking company performance and providing key recommendations for business conduct.

Currently, Kelly serves as Company Secretary for several listed companies including Labyrinth Resources Ltd, Pantera Minerals Ltd and BPM Minerals Ltd.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

SAMUEL MAIN

Chief Financial Officer

Samuel leads Linden Gold’s corporate finance, accounting and business development functions. His role and his expertise in this space is underpinned by his 10 years’ experience in finance and commercial roles in the mining sector.

Prior to joining Linden Gold, Samuel was a Manager at PCF Capital (now Argonaut PCF Limited), where he was charged with managing mining corporate advisory engagements across project/corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Samuel was previously a Commercial Analyst at Karara Mining Ltd during the construction and production ramp up of the +$4b Karara Magnetite Iron Ore Operation.

Samuel is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Western Australia.
